Terms of purchase

These terms apply when you shop at Ice Vibes Only.

Delivery

Goods ship with tracked delivery and normally arrive within 5–15 business days of your order. You get the tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is on its way. The price you pay at checkout is final — no extra VAT, customs or fees on delivery.

Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Notify us by email and you will get return instructions. The item must be returned unused.

Payment

Payment is handled by Stripe, by card or local payment methods. All prices are in euro (EUR) and include VAT.

Complaints

If the item is damaged or wrong, write to us and we solve it with a replacement or a refund.
